COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS<o:p></o:p>• Create an avant-garde hair color design demonstrating artistic vision, creativity, and advanced color techniques. • Minimum hair length: 20 cm from the crown. • The design must contain a minimum of three clearly visible color tones. • The color pattern must be the primary focus of the presentation. • Hair styling should enhance and reveal the color design. • Loose styling, texture, separation, and soft waves are permitted. • Tight curls, ringlets, and hairstyles that conceal the color pattern are prohibited. • Fashion, fantasy, vivid, pastel, and creative colors are permitted. • Natural shades may be incorporated but must not dominate the overall design. • Hair extensions up to 30% of the total hair volume are permitted for texture, dimension, or color effects. • All professional styling tools and styling products are permitted. • Decorative accessories, clips, pins, and ornaments are prohibited. • Frames, supporting structures, and hidden construction elements are prohibited. • Colored sprays and temporary aerosol color products are prohibited. • Clothing, accessories, and makeup should complement the artistic concept without distracting from the color design.<o:p></o:p>

Create a contemporary bridal hairstyle on long hair, presenting a complete bridal Total Look.<o:p></o:p>The final design should demonstrate:<o:p></o:p>• Elegance • Modern bridal trends • Professional technical execution • Harmony of shape, color, and overall image<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>GENERAL RULES<o:p></o:p>• Hair coloring may be completed before the competition. • Participants may compete using either a live model. • Before the competition begins, participants must occupy the workstation assigned to their competition number. • During the judges' inspection, competitors must step away from their model and remain outside the competition area. <o:p></o:p>HAIR REQUIREMENTS BEFORE THE START<o:p></o:p>• Hair must be clean and dry. • Hair must be combed straight back or parted. • Pre-styling is prohibited. • Hair must hang naturally. • Pre-prepared curls, waves, braids, or finished hairstyle elements are prohibited. • Minor trimming of hair ends during the competition is permitted.<o:p></o:p>HAIR LENGTH REQUIREMENTS<o:p></o:p>• Hair length must reach at least the shoulders or longer. • Graduated lengths are permitted. • The minimum difference between the shortest and longest lengths must be at least 10 cm (excluding the fringe/bangs).<o:p></o:p>HAIR COLOR<o:p></o:p>• Hair may be natural or professionally colored. • All shades must harmonize with the overall bridal design. • Colored sprays, temporary color products, and aerosol colorants are prohibited. • Judges may inspect the hair color for compliance with category requirements.<o:p></o:p>TOOLS AND PRODUCTS<o:p></o:p>• All professional hairstyling tools are permitted. • All professional styling products are permitted. • Hairdryers, flat irons, curling irons, hot tools, brushes, and styling equipment may be used.<o:p></o:p>PROHIBITED<o:p></o:p>• Hairpieces, wigs, falls, and pre-made hair additions. • Hair extensions of any kind. • Internal supports, frames, wire constructions, padding, or hidden structures not created from the model's own hair. • Decorative elements intended to conceal technical imperfections. • Colored sprays and aerosol color products.<o:p></o:p>DECORATIONS<o:p></o:p>• Decorations may not cover more than 20% of the hairstyle. • Accessories should complement the bridal design and must not dominate the hairstyle.<o:p></o:p>
